PRICING

All prices in this catalogue are suggested retail only. Retail prices are set at the merchants discretion. The discount structure of all items in the catalogue are of the industry norm. (-35)

FREIGHT

All goods shipped via Canada Post and Purolator. Freight charges to be added to each invoice. Freight charges will be as follows: orders billed for under 30 lbs = $12.50, orders over 30 lbs = $15.00. All orders under $50.00 will be subject to an additional $5.00 service charge. There is no surcharge for COD.

BILLING

In most instances a typed-out invoice will now be inserted in the shipment. A statement will follow after month end.

RETURNS

Please call first. Under no condition will Kennetts Trading Company accept returns sent collect without prior consultation. All returns will be sent via Canada Post only and freight pre-paid which will then be credited. A charge of up to 20% (re-stocking) may be applied if it was not due to an error in shipping.

CREDIT TERMS

C.O.D., Visa and Mastercard (2% surcharge) or approved open accounts. 2% interest per month.
*All merchandise charged on all overdue accounts, remain property of KTC until paid in full.

CLAIMS

All claims should be directed to the carrier for missing cartons. Claims for shipping errors must be made to KTC within 24 hours of receipt of goods.
